Dimitri Makridis, PhD, BCBA

Co-Host & Producer

Dr. Makridis is a behavior analyst with 14 years of experience in clinical and educational settings. Dr. Makridis’ clinical expertise ranges from early intervention to severe behavior treatment and stabilization. His most recent work has been focused on organizational behavior management, behavioral systems design, and program development. Dr. Makridis is an expert in behavioral decision-making, behavioral economics, and behavioral game theory focusing on social behavior and cooperation. His passion is working to disseminate behavioral problem-solving skills to the world and mentoring up-and-coming behavior analysts through their career journeys

Ryan O'Donnell, MS, BCBA

Writer, Editor & Executive Producer

Ryan has a masters in behavioral science, with an emphasis in perspective-taking, allowing him to combine the best practices of psychology with the creative process of emotion-driven and effective content. He has over a decade of experience as a behavior analyst, holds an adjunct professor of Behavior Analysis role, and owns a production company helping others create training and marketing content primarily via online marketing and videography.

Danielle Watson, M.S., BCBA

Show Notes

Danielle is a BCBA living, working, and playing on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. She started working in the field in 2008 as a behaviour interventionist and knew immediately that this was an area of interest she wanted to pursue as a career. She is now wrapping up her dissertation in a behaviour analytic Ph.D. program. Simultaneously, she is working as a private behaviour consultant supporting a variety of clients in home and community settings. She loves working with youth and young adults who share her same nerdy interests!

Max Baenen, MS, BCBA

Co-Host, Writer & Producer

Max is a Behavior Analyst currently working as a Clinical Director in Raleigh, North Carolina. He started in the field in 2014 as a teacher’s aide utilizing behavior analytic principles in the classroom. Since then, he has gained experience working in a variety of settings from classrooms and the community to severe behavior units.

His passion is program and organizational systems development that promote growth for RBTs and BCBAs, One of Max’s primary goals is decreasing turnover in the field through adequate training, resources, and support.

David Wegner

Behavior Analyst

David Wegner is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who lives with his wife in Dublin, Ohio. He was introduced to Applied Behavior Analysis as a fresh college graduate looking for a job, and the rest is history. David spent the past 10 years working with individuals in clinics and school settings. David currently works with educators and students in multiple local school districts as a behavior consultant.

Abby Lewis

Behavior Analyst

Abby is a BCBA based in Kansas City, MO but she has lived all across the country. She started in the field as an undergraduate at the University of Nevada, Reno, and has since been trained in a variety of modalities. She received her masters from Teachers College, Columbia in Teaching as Applied Behavior Analysis and has extensive training in different behavior analytic teaching techniques. She is currently a 4th grade general education teacher and enjoys using her behavior analytic skills to help her students!
